Refund policy

All sales are final, and we cannot cancel orders once placed. We love happy customers, and will do our best to exchange an item if the fit isn't right pending availability/stock of the same item. Defective items can be exchanged for the same size. To initiate an exchange for a defective item, please contact us at help@alwaysbiy.com within 3 days of the delivery date.
